OCES career cluster projects OCES Career Cluster Projects Show Transcript I wanted to be a baker ever since I started cooking with my mom and friends what we're doing our career clusters where we learn about our career that we want to do and then we will go present it to grades it's pretty cool to um share our career paths with little ones because then they can start getting an idea of what they want to do in the future the elementary level we have introduced something called School links with our fifth graders and it's a career exploration activity that they can do online it helps them understand what their interests are and how that'll lead them to a career so today they talked a lot about what careers they're interested in what their post-secondary plan is they talked about the money cuz they love talking about money at this age as well as um what types of things they need to do to prepare for that in high school regards to their CTE classes there are classes that I can take throughout my journey to be a baker that will help me be better and learn more about my career
